Will "X" be back in stock?
Yep! We can pretty much guarantee it. If we're sold out of one, we'll try to get it back in stock ASAP. It just takes us a little while after a convention or event to build our stock back up. Feel free to shoot us a message though and we can put it at the top of our restock list and let you know when it's back in stock.
Do you ship to countries other than the US?
Not on this website currently. International pricing and time tends to vary more, so we're starting with US only here. For international orders, check out our Etsy,
I'm not "out", is your packaging discreet?
Yes! All hats ship in a plain white box and all button and patches ship in a white bubble mailer. If ordering through Paypal the return address does say Queerest Gear, however. Feel free to message us if you have any concerns!
Can the hats get wet? Will the paint come off?
We use acrylics which are a permanent paint. They can absolutely get wet, so you can use water to clean them. Check our the product listing for more specific care instructions
Everything You Need to Know
If you notice you have ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or have entered the wrong address for shipment, please contact us, preferably before shipping, so that we can fix that for you. Cancellations are accepted until shipment.
Returns are accepted if you do not like the product or you ordered the wrong item, but shipping will not be refunded, and the customer must pay the return shipping. A refund will be issued as soon as the customer sends the tracking number for the return, or the package gets back to me.
If we have sent the wrong item, we will pay return shipping to have it sent back to us, and we will resend the correct item.

Our Shipping Policy
All items are sent First Class or Priority with USPS in an 8x8x6 white cardboard box or white bubble mailer. Packages will be shipped within 1-3 business days and shipping takes 2-5 business days. If you need a package by a specific date, please send us a message first so I can be sure I can get it to you in time. There are no refunds for shipping, unless your package does not arrive or arrives with damaged or incorrect product. Issue with your order?
